The “Employed Entrepreneur”
So what is this term “Employed Entrepreneur”? By my definition it is an individual who is working full-time in a traditional corporate environment while also starting and/or operating their own business.
There are many small and home-based business owners that fit into this category. The majority are unable to quit their traditional jobs for various reasons including financial and/or family obligations. Working a full-time schedule and operating a business is tiring and stressful while at the same time rewarding.
For most the top goal is to walk away from that 9-5 for good! How exciting would that be? Have you experienced this great feeling? Share your story with us, I’d love to here all about it. Is this your top goal, what are you doing to achieve it?
Are you an ”employed entrepreneur” what advice can you offer to help others balance these two roles?
